Payments made over the counter by the purchaser at any bank are not acceptable.
NB: For cheque payment funds will need to be cleared before collection 
of goods can be authorised, Known buyers only, at the Auctioneer's discretion. 
 
Card payments: where a referral is requested by the card
issuer, such payments will only be re-processed on the day after the sale.

organised by "The Auctioneer Ltd" as displayed at the saleground and within
the full sale catalogue. I/We understand that any purchased lot shall be
"at our risk" upon the fall of the hammer. Persons entering the saleground
do so entirely at their own risk. ALL LOTS ARE BOUGHT AS SEEN.
